Kale, Potato Chips, Kale, Potato Chips...

I read if you bake kale the right way, it tastes like potato chips. I was doubtful - how on earth could that be possible? But it's true!

Take kale, spritz it with cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. The kale gets crunchy and actually tastes like potato chips!

It's perfect when you want the texture of chips, but not the empty calories. And kale is insanely nutritious with loads of Vitamin A, the B vitamins, Vitamin C, iron, and calcium. This means you're actually eating calorie-free, vitamin-laden chips!
