No mention of the broken front window, hole in the screen door or toys strewn around. In fact, the picture of the front was taken from far away and it's very fuzzy.
It's been on the market since the end of May, so I'm not holding my breath that they'll be gone anytime soon. The price is super cheap though. If you're looking for a condo, you could be my neighbor!
