Run, Run, Run

Today, I did Week 5, Day 2 of the from Couch to 5K workout. I had to run 8 minutes, walk 5 minutes, run 8 minutes.

I thought I was going to die, but I still managed to do it. As much as I hate running, it really does work. My clothes are fitting much better and I have more energy.

Actually, I've lost almost 10 pounds from where I was at my top weight. If I can manage to lose another 10 pounds before the wedding, I'll be golden!

The wedding is exactly three months away to the day - yowza!
