It's a Sad Day

I'm just so sad that the Crocodile Hunter (otherwise known as Steve Irwin) was killed today.

I wasn't an insanely huge fan of his or anything, but he did do a lot to promote conservation and wildlife preservation.

He always seemed rather indestructible. After watching him wrestling crocodiles, grabbing snakes by the tail and manhandling all kind of other dangerous animals, it seems strange to see him die because of a stingray. Especially since stingrays don't usually kill you - it was just a freakish accident.
