I Knew There Was a Reason I Didn't Run

I checked out this book at the library called 5-Factor Fitness and here's what the trainer guy said about women and running:

I discourage [running] for several reasons...For women, running may cause the breasts to permanently sag, even if you use the best sports bra available. The supersenatory ligaments that hold the breasts up stetch a little bit each time your breasts bounce up and down when you run.
Yikes! That's frightening (a rather graphic depiction, but frightening.) He also said that since women have bigger hips - we have more knee injuries. This is my kind of trainer! All walking and weights, all the time.

Side note: at the library I was walking behind this couple, and the wife grabbed her husband's ass right in front of me. At the library! Isn't that like being in church or something?

I did the June-July thing on a mailing I sent out for work earlier this week too!

This one was definitely my fault too - the message I was editing was from April, so I DID change the date, I just put the WRONG date. (sigh)

Such a pain...

SEE! It's so easy to do - and you don't even notice until it's too late!
