Foodie Friday: What I've Been Cooking

It's been a busy, hot week, so I haven't been cooking too much of anything.  I had a few winners, however!

Last Week's Hits and Misses:

Delish
Good
  • Heath Bar Ice Cream (Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Book):  This was my second time making homemade ice cream.  I tried to lighten this up with fat-free half-and-half and whole milk.  It still tasted pretty good - but it was a little icy.  The hubby really liked it though!
Just OK
  • Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese Muffins (Emily Bites):  I thought this was going to be spectacular -- blue cheese, buffalo chicken, macaroni and cheese.  It wasn't that great.  It was a little on the bland side and it tasted too eggy.
